What to send us
1. Completed Order & Payment Form
2. List of attached drawings, identifying the paper size of each pdf, to include:
- Site Plan
- Site survey (if available)
- Floor plans *
- Sections
- Elevations
* If there are multiple buildings on one site, you need to provide a consolidated plan of all buildings for each level (so that one can see the relationship between each building at each level).
3. PDFs of each drawing to 1:100 or 1:200 scale (maximum size 1:200 at A0)
To ensure we measure correctly, it is essential that you:
- identify the paper size of each pdf on the drawing (e.g. "1:100 scale at A1")
- produce PDFs at scale (not to fit paper)
Plans can be emailed to us or, if file sizes are too large, they can be burnt to CD/DVD and sent to us by courier.
