Project development involves so many complex aspects that it's easy to lose sight of Council planning controls. If your development has potential non-compliances, it's better to be aware of them and know how to deal with them before going to the expense of preparing the DA.
E-plan offers two compliance assessment services:
- DCP/ LEP Assessment
- Draft DCP Assessment
For each e-plan assessment we produce a compliance table of the relevant planning requirements and evaluate your project against them. View a sample report here.
E-plan is available for Sydney (Inner Sydney, Outer Sydney, Sydney Surrounds), the Illawarra region, and some parts of the Hunter region.
