Project Level
Each of these definitions applies to buildings on a single site.
1. Single dwelling or dual-occupancy dwelling
Singular office building, retail building or licensed premises
Single industrial building
2. Apartment or townhouse buildings with up to 40 dwellings in not more than 2 blocks
Housing subdivisions (multiple lots, with or without houses)
Industrial estate, office park or mixed use site of 1 - 8 buildings
3. Apartment or townhouse developments of more than 3 buildings
Industrial estate, office park or mixed use site of 9+ buildings
For non-rectilinear plan shapes, add one level to the ordinary project level.
eg A singular office building would normally be Level 1, but a non-rectilinear plan shape would make it Level 2.
