E-plan is a division of Neustein Urban.
The director, Michael Neustein, has been advising private sector and government clients on the development and management of the built environment for the past 30 years.
Working principally in urban areas, Neustein Urban advises private clients and local government on projects ranging from boatsheds and single dwellings to large scale commercial, industrial and residential developments.
From regulation to litigation, we handle all aspects of the development approvals process. For private sector clients, we prepare applications and assessments of compliance with planning controls. For local and state authorities, we prepare the policies, guidelines and rules by which development will be assessed.
